We bitter name this thing
So now we need some consensus around a name for our bitter so we can crank a label out. Here are the forerunners:
Grandpappy
The Colonel’s Bitter/Lt. Bitter/etc.
Malty Dick
Bitter Old Maid

I can’t believe no one likes “Bitter Know a District”, obviously not any Colbert fans in the house…
Don’t worry, we’re Colbert fans. I don’t think it made it through the screener because it wasn’t tightly connected to a “character” like a pirate. The closest would be a politician, but who wants to drink a political beer?
Understandable, I sort of envisioned a stereotypical politician in my head, perhaps with whatever your local district of choosing may be.
It’s certainly not timeless, like clowns and pirate-ninjas.
As brewmaster, I hereby veto Malty Dick. I think it might make me sick.
