Christmas in July?
With our massive new inventory and recent purchase of Pro Mash, the doors have been blown wide open for new brews. Tonight we will be brewing up a Christmas Barleywine, which should be ready for consumption by November. Barleywines benefit substantially from aging, anywhere from 3-4 months to several years. By the way, a new brew means a new name and a new label, so let us know if you have any suggestions for our latest creation.


I don’t know about a name, but I say we use that sweet Santa clipart in the label.
