Thanks for all of the feedback! I’ve done some tweaking based on your comments. For one, I tried to make him NOT about to give birth to an alien hillbilly baby. So is this one better?

    Definite improvement…but i think there’s something in the posture that might give him more of a monk-like disposition

    Better. Still, more flowing locks. The back needs a little curl to it. I work with a few mullets. Perhaps I can snap a few pictures. Maybe elongate the face a bit. More like Don Martin, less like Easter Island. All in all, a very good idea.

    I wouldn’t touch the calm before the storm that monk is rocking. That’s a Kentucky waterfall to be proud of, it’s wiry, straight and proud. Good stuff.
