		<description>I know exactly what you mean...  I&#039;m a stickler for proper use of language, and nothing angers me more than when I&#039;m caught using something wrong.  For example, I cringed a few days ago when one of my colleagues used &quot;in route&quot; instead of &quot;en route&quot; in an email.  

Too many people spout off buzzwords without knowing what they mean, and sound like fools in the process.

So I agree, the ad is awesome.</description>
