Since Star San is no rinse we actually don't even mind a little foam in our equipment. That's how you know it's good. PBW, on the other hand, seems like it could skin a cat in a few hours. And yes, Tony, that IS a Pixies song... Or is that Wave of Sanitation? Star San is actually much less scary to us than PBW, which we use for cleansing.
