Where is Joel again?
Apparently in Milan or something, so no brewing tonight. Enjoy your Memorial Day!
These men are enjoying themselves immensely

Ah, there is nothing finer.
Reclining with other mustachio’d cosmopolitan gentlemen in the ferns. Clasping pipes and cold beers from far-away lands. Discussing appropriate neckwear, funny hats, and womenfolk.
This is the life we aspire to.
Now leave us be.

No brewing tonight due to the situation with the baby
Congratulations Jeff and Hannah!

On Thursday Jeff and Hannah welcomed their second child into the world, Kenser Grace. Kenser is already putting her stamp on things, and has hereby decried that brewing is a no go for tonight so that she can sleep or eat or something.
Atlanta Cuisine reviews everything but our launch beers

In late March Tom Maicon from Atlanta Cuisine came by to try some of our beers. (I know… it’s May. I forgot.). Unfortunately at the time he came we had pretty much everything on tap except our two launch beers, Eye Patch Ale and Drafty Kilt Scotch Ale. Still, if you’d like to read some objective reviews of beers that we are still tweaking, have at it!
Image stolen from AtlantaCuisine.com. Tom, please don’t be angry with us.
Which bottle cap do you prefer?
Quick poll! We need your input. We’re about to order bottle caps. So which bottle cap says “Monday Night” and “Buy me”? Vote via the poll and leave any comments in the Comments section. I don’t think I needed to explain that. But I did.

Monday Night recap: “The most glorious tour” edition

We had quite the crowd last night. Atlanta Beer Week, anyone? Jeff was even able to pull out his alter ego, Mr. Tour Guide. Walking backwards, yelling, answering questions… the whole enchilada. In the picture above Jeff appears to be giving a tour of the size of the fish he just caught. Which is most assuredly a lie.
Thanks to everyone who came and witnessed us hitting our target gravity of the Eye Patch Ale on the nose. While not a rare occurrence, it always feels great. You’ll be glad to know that despite Joel‘s complete uselessness, we were also able to knock out some transfers and kegging.

And that, my friends, is what hop buds look like. Go Cascade, go! Make us some tasty beer ingredients!
Brewing some Eye Patch Ale tonight
Join us between the hours of 8pm-10pm to brew some Eye Patch Ale this evening. You will not be disappointed, unless you are disappointed by sticky garage floors, amazing conversation, and even better beer.
Note: The “bathroom” situation tonight might be iffy. So make sure you do your business before you come. That’s all I’m saying. Also, “bathroom” does not need to be in “quotes.”
