Late night kegging

Ah, nothing says “weekday” like a little late night kegging session. Last night we kegged our super tasty Eye Patch Ale and also dry-hopped an equally tasty double IPA, codenamed Blind Pirate.

As you can see from our picture, Jeff likes to pose with the hydrometer flask. Though, to be fair, Jeff will pose with pretty much anything you give him. He’s kind of a drama queen. You might also notice that the hydrometer is only half full. This is because we drank it. All of it. Our Blind Pirate did not disappoint, despite being flat, warm, un-dry-hopped, and not completely fermented.
