We couldn’t leave well enough alone, could we? We took Dark Subject Matter – our silky smooth adjunct-free American Imperial stout – and aged it in bourbon barrels.
The result is roasty, toasty, boozy and sweet barrel-aged stout that’s pretty darn perfect paired with a fine cigar, a hot fudge sundae or just by itself.
