Sweet Georgia nectarines mingle with mixed fermentation funk and pucker. FaceTime Continuum was barrel-fermented with a saison yeast strain and aged for over a year in wine barrels. Fresh Georgia nectarines were added to the barrels along with brettanomyces and lactobacillus for secondary fermentation and souring in the barrel for an additional 6 months. The result is a juicy, tart, complex treat with notes of oak and biscuity malt in the background.
