Table of Contents is a table beer fermented with multiple strains of Brettanomyces fermented in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. Pilsner, unmalted wheat, carapils and acidulated malts provide the backbone while Citra hops provide the (pleasant) bite. This is a light (4.5% ABV) beer that pairs perfectly with several types of food. In fact, it’s made to be paired with a great meal.
