We are brewing for an unprecedented two Mondays in a row. What is this, the Monday Night Brewing of 2008?! Sidenote: For those of you not in the loop, we’ve made a conscious decision to brew less frequently this year to give us the time to focus on some of the business side of opening a brewery.
There’s just one problem. We’re out of beer. So feel free to head over at 8pm, but make sure that you BYOB. We suggest asking for the Monday Night discount at Hop City.
We’re going to brew our Belgian wit this week. And we need a Captain of Fresh Ginger Grating. Any takers?
