Hiring a Brand Coordinator

Monday Night Brewing (Atlanta, GA) is seeking a Brand Coordinator to join our small team and take lead on all things marketing at Monday Night. Apply online here.

You will be responsible for running our social media accounts, coordinating new beer releases, representing our brand with media, developing unique programming and events, and coordinating with all departments. This is a full-time job, salary will be based on experience.


Reports to:

  • CMO



  • 2+ years in marketing
  • Social media management experience
  • Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal Basic photography knowledge and experience
  • Graphic design experience a strong preference, but not required
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be highly energetic and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for craft beer industry


High-Level Goals

  • Curate and grow the Monday Night brand through PR, social media, traditional media, events, and special programming
  • Ensure brand standards are met in all external communications





  1. Work with CMO to develop annual marketing budgets and plan
  2. Create and manage a marketing editorial calendar
  3. Manage day-to-day social media posts across platforms, including writing and photography
  4. Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries and potential issues
  5. Create and execute marketing plan for new product launches, including everything from taproom-only small batch sour beers to new core beers. This includes:
    • Photography
    • Web updates
    • Newsletter
    • Social media
    • Press releases and media events/interviews
  6. Manage media relationships, including writing and disseminating press releases and samples
  7. Write for and update website regularly
  8. Develop and run special programming and promotions to increase our brand presence
  9. Manage relationships with marketing vendors, suppliers, and freelancers


  1. Assist in planning and executing larger scale events such as anniversary parties and specialty beer releases


  1. Handle approval processes with TTB, state of Georgia, and wholesalers for new items
  2. Coordinate and submit to beer competitions
  3. Respond to web inquiries

Sales and Taproom

  1. Partner with Taproom and Sales Department on beer releases
  2. Create and maintain up-to-date repository of sales materials for sales team to access
  3. Work with Sales Department to develop regular communications with retailer and wholesaler partners
  4. Assist Sales Department with new item paperwork and submission and special programming
  5. Assist Sales Department with brand activation at venues and events we sponsor


Success Metrics

  • Growth in social media following
  • Annual brand equity survey results
  • Adherence to marketing budget and plan
