Midtown
The Space
Monday Night West Midtown is our OG brewery. Nestled on a shady dead-end road in the midst of Atlanta’s food and arts scene, West Midtown features our IPA-focused Hop Hut beers and infamous necktie wall. And now, wood-fired pizzas emerge hot from our wood-burning oven housed in a converted shipping container.

The Taproom
In addition to being our main production facility, West Midtown offers 20 taps with everything from our core beers, to our limited edition sour ales and barrel aged beers, as well as the infamous Hop Hut bar, offering tasty, fresh pours from our experimental IPA collection.

The Brewery
Monday Night West Midtown is the original production brewery for Monday Night Brewing. It boasts top-notch brewing and packaging technology to help in creating award-winning beers available in our taprooms, at retail and in bars and restaurants across Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and, soon, North Carolina. Among the features:
- 4-vessel 30bbl brewhouse with a calandria in the boil kettle
- 13 120bbl fermenters
- Several smaller fermenters for research, development and small batch series beers
- A state-of-the-art packaging line that sets the standard for quality
- We filter, soften, and sterilize all water that we use in production

What’s Happening
COCKTAILS
Monday Night West Midtown now offers full bar service, highlighted by custom cocktails created by Tiffanie Barriere, The Drinking Coach.
Our bar showcases Sneaky Pete Spirits, our latest venture in the liquid arts. Drawing from his extensive experience in the brewing and wine-making industries, our Brewmaster Peter Kiley led the charge in the technical creation of our new line of spirits, which include our exclusive gin, vodka, bourbon, rye, and rum. From selecting botanicals for the gin, to triple filtering the vodka, and aging, blending, and barreling the dark spirits, Peter’s trademark craftsmanship (and wily air of mystique) are imbued in each Sneaky Pete spirit.
Our featured offerings:
- The Norwood: Sneaky Pete Agave Spirit, Lime Juice, Agave Nectar
- Nothing Basic: Sneaky Pete Vodka, Basil-Infused Honey, Lemon Juice
- Tony’s Old Fashioned: Sneaky Pete Bourbon, Japanese Brown Sugar Syrup, Bitters
- Zodiac Signs: Sneaky Pete Rum, 1821 Ginger Syrup, Fresh Lime Juice, Peychaud’s Bitters
- Blueberry Gin Fizz: Sneaky Pete Gin, Lemon Juice, Blueberry Puree, Soda
The Pizza
New to Trabert Avenue is Monday Night Brewing’s custom shipping container, outfitted with an Italian-built wood-fired pizza. Artisanal handcrafted pizzas are baked at over 900 degrees Fahrenheit, and our crust uses a yeast containing wild sourdough strains captured in the Garage’s coolship. Offering high-quality, fresh ingredients, from creamy bufala mozzarella to basil grown right here in Atlanta, our new pizza program is the perfect addition to the West Midtown scene.
