Rachel Bell is an assistant packaging manager, running canning, bottling, and kegging operations. She also happens to have a Masters in Anthropology, which is a fancy way of saying she likes people and knows a lot about them. Rachel started with Monday Night as a sales intern but we quickly learned that she had other gifts as well. Namely, dealing with people. It makes sense if you stop to think about it. In her spare time, Rachel has been working on an Ancient Beer Series, resurrecting centuries-old beer recipes and trying to recreate them. Stay tuned for details.
