Silent Sounds is a tart saison brewed with Carolina rye, Georgia wheat and six-row pilsner malt from our friends at River Bend malt house. This blend was aged in neutral French oak barrels for 8 months with our proprietary house blend of mixed cultures, then bottle-conditioned to elicit natural carbonation. The pillowy body carries this beer’s complexity smoothly, delivering notes of citrus, stone fruit, and overripe pineapple.
The 2023 edition of Silent Sounds won the Great American Beer Festival Bronze medal for Mixed-Culture Brett Beer.
