The Space
The Garage is our barrel-aging and souring brewery in the heart of the historic West End of Atlanta. The taproom serves up small-batch and barrel-aged sours, craft cocktails and artisanal pizzas fired in a 900 degree Italian oven—made with a wild sourdough culture captured in our coolship. With 3 barrel rooms, an onsite orchard, and a spacious private events venue, The Garage is built for bold flavor and grand celebration.

The Taproom
Monday Night Garage offers expansive space along the Atlanta BeltLine, a popular community gathering space in the West End. With two indoor bars, The Garage offers more than 20 different beers on tap at all times, ranging from Monday Night Brewing favorites like Dr. Robot and Blind Pirate, to seasonal rotating beers, and special limited releases of impressive stouts, barrel aged sours, IPAs from the Hop Hut series and more. Crowlers and bottles of your new favorite beers are also available to-go.

The Brewery
Monday Night Brewing Garage is a fully-functioning production brewery that focuses on barrel-aged and sour beers. Our equipment includes:
- 4 stainless steel fermenters
- 2x 40 barrel foeders
- A dedicated space for barrel-aged beers
- Two dedicated areas for wild/sour beer aging
- A coolship (affectionately known as the Crunkship)
- A bottling line
- An orchard to harvest local fruits, wild yeasts and bacteria

COCKTAILS

Monday Night Garage now pours a full lineup of craft cocktails, built around our house-made Sneaky Pete Spirits. Led by Brewmaster Peter Kiley — who brings his deep brewing and winemaking know-how to the art of distilling — this line includes our exclusive gin, vodka, bourbon, rye, and rum. From botanicals to barrel aging, each spirit reflects Peter’s signature craftsmanship (and a little mischief). Expect house-made syrups & infusions, seasonal specialties, martinis, spritzes, and yes—a great gin & tonic if that’s your style.
The Pizza
Our wood-fired pizzas are baked in an Italian-imported Neapolitan oven at over 900 degrees Fahrenheit. Made with only the freshest ingredients, we use grass-fed buffalo mozzarella imported from Buf Creamery, locally sourced greens, and fine meats. Fermented for three days in our Crunkship, our original dough is made with a homegrown yeast culture, Tipo 0 flour, and water.
Originally a venture born out of our co-Founder Joel Iverson’s passion for making pizza, you can read more about our pizza program in Atlanta Magazine’s profile.

FAQs
-
Is your taproom dog friendy?
Well-behaved and leashed dogs are welcome on our taproom patios.
-
Do you allow people under 21?
Yes. We ID everyone. Underage people caught drinking will have to leave, along with their entire party.
We allow children at our brewery, and even have some toys for them. However, we ask that you keep a close eye on them, and please be mindful of the other patrons.
-
Can we buy beer to go?
Absolutely. Current Georgia laws allow us to sell 288 ounces of to-go beer per person, per day. That’s the equivalent of 24 12-ounce cans.

We cannot legally sell kegs from the taproom. You can place a keg order from your local bottle shop.

We do not fill growlers at this time, but we do offer crowlers.
-
I don’t drink beer. What else do you have?
We offer a full cocktail menu, including zero-proof cocktails. We also offer soft drinks and kombucha.
