Made in collaboration with Claudia V. Martinez, a James Beard Outstanding Pastry Chef Finalist in 2022, and the Executive Pastry Chef at Miller Union in Atlanta, we bring you the first installment of our Chef Series. Deriving inspiration from Martinez’s prized Venezuelan Oatmeal Cookie, this brew was aged on coconut, chocolate, and cardamom. The final product is a pastiche of warm spices and sweet, toasted coconut.
