Faithful instruction

The virtues of this Framboise are self-evident in its rich magenta hue and the exquisite memory  it leaves on the palate. Using our spontaneously fermented ale — created in Monday Night Garage’s “Crunkship” —  this beer was conditioned on three pounds per gallon of fresh raspberries, and consequently primed in bottles for nine months.
