The newest edition of our acclaimed “Chef Series” is here. Monday Night Brewing’s Peter Kiley took inspiration from the story and cuisine of James Beard Award-winner Meherwan Irani, who operates acclaimed restaurants in Georgia and North Carolina.
“Chef Series: Meherwan Irani” is a lager that includes both wheat and rice, reflecting the agricultural staple crops from the Northern and Southern Regions of India. Turmeric adds an earthy citrus flare and highlights an essential spice used commonly in both regions. This beer is built to complement any dish served at Chef Irani’s Chai Pani or Botiwalla restaurants, but is thoroughly refreshing and enjoyable in any circumstance.
Monday Night Brewing’s “Chef Series: Meherwan Irani” is now available at all Chai Pani Restaurant Group locations (Chai Pani Asheville and Decatur, Botiwalla Atlanta and Charlotte) and all five Monday Night Brewing taprooms (Atlanta – West Midtown/The Garage, Birmingham, Charlotte and Nashville). Proceeds will benefit The Giving Kitchen, an Atlanta-based nonprofit organization that provides emergency assistance to food service workers.
