The Gluten Freedom Pizza Trailer is up and running at Monday Night Grove in West Midtown. This fully dedicated Gluten Free kitchen is home for our gluten free pizza pop-ups every weekend.
The Gluten Freedom trailer, located adjacent to our Monday Night Grove taproom, operates exclusively for gluten free cooking, and features:
- An Italian-built wood-fired pizza oven that reaches temperatures of more than 900° F.
- A dedicated gluten free prep line so that we can eliminates the chance of cross-contamination.
- 4 wheels and a pink neon pizza slice.
