Monday Night teams up with Chef Ford Fry for New Beer

Available Now at select Rocket Farm Restaurants locations and ALL Monday Night Brewing taprooms in the Southeast

Monday Night Brewing and Chef Ford Fry, chef & CEO of Rocket Farm Restaurants, have launched a new beer collaboration: Chef Series: Ford Fry – Salt & Pepper Pilsner.

Chef Series: Ford Fry – Salt & Pepper Pilsner was developed and brewed in Atlanta in partnership with the Atlanta-based, award-winning chef, restaurateur and visionary. Using Barke Pilsner malt and Tettnanger hops, this beer is brewed with a mash decoction, which amplifies the malt-driven quality of a classic Pilsner, balanced by the kick of black pepper (supplied by Telicherry and Aranya peppercorns) and Maldon salt. A crushable 4.7% ABV, the salt and pepper are present but subtle, delivering a beer engineered to complement great food, whether it’s a coldwater oyster or brisket from the smoker.

As with previous editions of Monday Night Brewing’s Chef Series, a portion of proceeds will benefit non-profit organizations serving our community. Chef Series: Ford Fry – Salt & Pepper Pilsner will support World Central Kitchen, which is dedicated to providing meals in response to humanitarian, climate, and community crises, including those impacted by Hurricane Helene in Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

“At our restaurants, we are purposeful about everything we offer across our restaurants and find partners that we’re excited about. For this beer, we collaborated with Monday Night Brewing on an innovative yet simple offering – taking salt and pepper  to create a balanced beer that pairs well and complements so many of our different menus. We’re thrilled to present this beer to guests at our restaurants around the Southeast.”

“Chef Fry is a master of bold flavors and innovative restaurants that span all genres and occasions – from white tablecloth to Wet-Nap required. When Ford and I started talking about this beer, it was clear that we both wanted something that worked in harmony with great food – not in competition,” said Peter Kiley, Monday Night Brewing’s brewmaster.  “That’s how the concept of salt and pepper flavored beer came about – to use these simple, building block ingredients, in perfect harmony, to support the enjoyment of great food and great company.”
