ABOUT THE HOP HUT
In 2018, we opened the Hop Hut at our OG (West Midtown) taproom. It was our opportunity to experiment with and explore small batch, hoppy beers.
Historically, IPA and its many sub-styles have been a passion of ours at Monday Night, but developing the best in class examples of IPA is challenging for a multitude of reasons.
After two years of trial and error, LOTS of dumped batches, tons of learning—and removing all constraints and boundaries of cost for product innovation—we’re excited to apply our hard earned knowledge to fully launch the Hop Hut series.
That means not only an expanded bar area at our West Midtown taproom, but a rotating series of brewery-only, hyper-fresh IPAs, featuring premium ingredients and beautifully irresponsible hopping rates.
These beers were designed to exemplify our favorite aspects of the modern IPA, as well as, to annoy our accounting team for our reckless spending habits.
Cans will only be available at West Midtown. However, if you can't make release dates, we will have some available to reserve via the CraftCellr app.
