Surround Sound, American Pilsner with Citra Incognito, Columbus Cryo and Galaxy Spectrum. A collaboration between Monday Night Brewing and Reuben’s Brews
Monday Night Brewing and Reuben’s Brews combine forces once again, bringing you Surround Sound: an American Pilsner dry hopped with Citra Incognito, Columbus Cryo and Galaxy Spectrum. A German Pilsner malt bill collides with American advanced hop products in this modern twist on a classic. Surround Sound is the hybrid of the future and past—a kaleidoscopic experience in a glass.
Gasoline Dreams, Hazy NZ Pale Ale with Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and Citra Cryo. A collaboration between Monday Night Brewing, New Zealand Hops, and Yakima Chief Hops
Alright, alright, alright don’t everybody like the smell of gasoline? Made in partnership between Monday Night Brewing and their friends at NZ Hops and YCH for the 2023 Craft Brewers’ Conference, Gasoline Dreams is a highly refined showcase of the amazing aroma hops that are being produced in New Zealand. The second brew to be produced after Monday Night joined the Bract Breeding Program through NZ hops, Gasoline Dreams boasts flammable flavors: dank resin, grapefruit, tangerine, and crushed grapes intermingle in the glass. An explosively delicious brew.
Rakau Ram, Hoppy Blonde
Made for Colin Oldham of New Hoplands, a hop farmer and distinguished Order of the Hops recipient, Rakau Ram is a Hoppy Blonde. At 5.2% ABV, it’s dry-hopped with the freshest Riwaka and Rakau hops, courtesy of New Zealand Hops. Rakau hops take on the star role with flavors of green plum and ripe apricot while the Riwaka hops add verdant aromatics and subtle passionfruit.
Shelley, 2xIPA with El Dorado from CLS Farms and Exp. Hop 1320 from YQH
This 2X IPA is an ode to Shelley Desmarais, co-owner and legendary matriarch of CLS Farms. Made in collaboration by Monday Night Brewing, the hop bill proudly boasts CLS Farms’ famous El Dorado and is complemented by YQH’s Experimental cultivar 1320.
Re: Definition, 2X NEIPA – Riwaka Motueka Columbus Cryo and HBC 586. A collaboration between Monday Night Brewing, Yakima Chief Hops, and New Zealand Hops.
RE: Definition is a Double New England IPA made in collaboration with YCH and NZ Hops. Full bodied and with a subtle bitterness, this draft only stunner will be available at our CBC hangs only.
Sweet As, German Pilsner dry hopped with Cryo
We dry-hopped this German Pilsner with Motueka Cryo. Made in collaboration with NZ Hops and YCH, expect flavors of soft, white grape and fresh tropical limes.
It will debut Tuesday, May 9 at our CBC party, Sweet As.
