Sneaky Pete’s first trick? Hiding in plain sight.
At first, we were cunning—serving on the sly.
In the way a fox stalks its prey, we were slow, cautious, and calculating. Waiting for the right moment to strike.
And yesterday, fortuitously on the final day of Dry January, we were ready to unveil our latest venture in the liquid arts: Sneaky Pete Spirits.
Drawing from his extensive experience in the brewing and wine-making industries, our Brewmaster Peter Kiley led the charge in the technical creation of our new line of spirits, which include our exclusive gin, vodka, bourbon, rye, and rum. From selecting botanicals for the gin, to triple filtering the vodka, and aging, blending, and barreling the dark spirits, Peter’s trademark craftsmanship (and wily air of mystique) are imbued in each Sneaky Pete spirit.
“Sneaky Pete has been a quiet passion project for some time. Distilling is uncharted territory for Monday Night, but this new challenge falls in line with our ever-evolving ethos to grow and explore in beer and beyond,” says Peter. “I’ve enjoyed learning from and collaborating with expert distillers, taking note of their methods and techniques to create a first-class line of spirits I’m proud to share with our customers.”
If you’ve been to the Garage in the last few months, you’ve likely had a taste of Sneaky Pete in the cocktails we quietly piloted (more on those below). Now, Sneaky Pete, no longer burrowed in our hidey hole, boldly struts into our Atlanta taprooms and will be available for purchase come Friday, February 3.

Sneaky Pete bourbon
Sneaky Pete Bourbon is a 7-year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. The first sips are laced with oak, vanilla, and clove, and accented with a hint of toffee and char on the finish.
Sneaky Pete Gin
Sneaky Pete Gin is infused with the finest blend of hand-selected, all natural botanicals. On the palate, lightly sweet citrus peels are framed by sharp, piney juniper and coriander, finishing with a blossom of orris, angelica, and licorice roots.
Sneaky Pete Rye
Our 6-year Sneaky Pete Rye offers a straight-forward, classic rye profile. Rich vanilla aromatics give way to whiffs of toasted oak, dark chocolate, and clove. A dry, lingering finish proves most satisfying with a cube of ice or twisted orange peel.
Sneaky Pete Vodka
Sneaky Pete Vodka is 6x distilled and triple filtered through charcoal. Immaculately smooth, this vodka is neutral on the nose and palate, flaunting an exceptionally silky finish.
Sneaky Pete Rum
Sneaky Pete Rum is a velvety sipper made with a blend of rums from Trinidad and Barbados, subsequently aged in toasted American oak barrels. Lip-smacking notes of brown sugar, warm spices, and a hint of tart citrus make for a bold, flavorful rum.
Bottles of Sneaky Pete are now available for individual purchase in our Atlanta taprooms, and are the secret ingredients in all of our house cocktails.
