Busy Little Bee packs local Georgia honey into a bright and lively mixed fermentation sour
We can write all the punny headlines you’d like (and trust us, we’ve got puns), but our newest release from Monday Night Garage is a seriously delicious creation. Built by our crack brewing crew over the past 6 months, Busy Little Bee takes on the persona of a traditional Belgian-style tripel. But it goes in an unexpected direction with the addition of a mixed culture (brettanomyces and lactobacillus) and local Georgia Galberry honey. You’ll notice tasting notes of nectarine, honeysuckle, pear, pineapple, lemon peel, and more.
This 9% ABV sour ale will be available on tap (and in a few bottles to go) at the Garage Friday, Jan. 17. A scant few kegs of these will make it out into the wild.
